🌳 Linden TreeHouse Project
The Linden TreeHouse is uniquely built around two Linden trees arranged in a graceful V-shape, with trunks gently leaning west. Each trunk has a diameter of about 35 cm and is naturally adorned with white mistletoe (Viscum album) and ivy (Hedera helix), adding to its organic charm. To ensure safety and long-term stability, the project incorporates: An inclinometer (tilt sensor) on the south trunk, placed directly on the treehouse platform. A load sensor on the northern trunk, positioned between the platform and the GTS anchor bolt below. These sensors help monitor the subtle movements and load distribution, making the structure both innovative and respectful to the living trees. As Albert Einstein put it: “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
